By placing an order with Cherry Blossom Greetings, you agree to the following:
Payment
Once your order is submitted, a Paypal invoice will be sent. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments via the Paypal system. Paypal is a secure payment processor. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use this service and it is a very secure method of paying. The designing process will begin upon the completion of payment.
Use of Photographs
By submitting photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission from the copyright holder to use the images. You also agree to be accountable for any misuse of copyrighted material and agree that Cherry Blossom Greetings will not be liable for any misuse of such material.
Shipping
All packages are shipped via Canada Post and will be insured for the full dollar amount. Unfortunately, Cherry Blossom Greetings cannot be deemed responsible for misplaced packages or late deliveries caused by Canada Post (especially during the holiday season) so please plan accordingly. If your package is lost in transit , we will ensure that every effort is made to recover it through Canada Post. Once Canada Post has declared the parcel lost, we will then replace your order at no cost to you.
Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted. By giving your final approval on your proof, you certify that all information is correct. We encourage you to thoroughly check your proofs for accuracy before giving the final approval.
Cancellation Policy
For printed orders, you may cancel your order prior to giving final approval on your proof. In this case, a refund will be given minus a $22 fee for the time and effort put into processing your order. A $22 fee will be charged for all printed orders that are cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once final approval is given and the order has been sent to be printed. If you are purchasing a digital image, you may cancel the order, however, a refund will not be processed.
Colour Accuracy
We try our very best to print exactly what you see on the proof, however, please be advised that not all computer screens are calibrated equally and therefore may result in a slight colour variance on the final printed product.
