How it works
It is really quite simple:
1. Browse the designs on the website.
2. Once you have found a design that you like, you then place the order by sending an email to: order@cherryblossomgreetings.com or simply fill out the order form . You need to specify what changes need to be made, for example, if you see a girl photo card style but want to have the card changed for a boy, etc. A jpeg file of your pictures also needs to be sent and please keep in mind that you should email high resolution images in order to get optimal photo card quality. You can submit your images through our website (Upload Photos) or you can email them to order@cherryblossomgreetings.com. Also please do not crop or edit the picture in any way. We will do all the necessary adjustments and prefer to work with the photo in it's orginal state. Please note that you are not limited to the designs displayed in our galleries, if you are interested in a custom design, just contact us, we would be morethan happy to create something for you!
3. Once the information has been received, we will send you a digital proof within 2 business days. If you don't hear back from us within 2 business days, please contact us again, just in case your email did not go through. It should never take us more than 2 business days to email you a digital proof.
4. Once all changes have been approved, the final digital JPEG file will be sent to you via email, ready to be printed, or the cards will be printed and mailed by us, depending on what service you chose.
