Q. Can I use professional images for my cards?
A. The unauthorized use of professional images goes against copyright laws. By submitting photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission from the copyright holder to use the images. You also agree to be accountable for any misuse of copyrighted material and agree that Cherry Blossom Greetings will not be liable for any misuse of such material.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Cherry Blossom Greetings takes our customer privacy issues very seriously. Information that may be requested when placing an order include: name, shipping address and email address. This information is only used for the fulfillment of your order. We will not sell, share or rent any personal information to third parties for any reason. Also, no photos will be posted on our website without your consent. If you do give us permission to post a photo card in one of our online galleries, please be aware that all information and names will be changed.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments via the Paypal system. Paypal is a secure payment processor. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and it is a very secure method of paying. You will be directed to the Pay Pal website to make a payment. Please do not send us your payment information.
Q. Are envelopes included with my cards?
A. If you choose the Print Service, then yes, white square flap envelopes will be mailed with your cards. Envelopes are not included if you order the Print Your Own Service.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Once your order form and your images have been received, you will receive a digital proof within 2 business days. Once you approve the proof and payment is made, photo paper orders will be printed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for cardstock printed orders. If you have ordered a jpeg file, the final high resolution file will be sent within 24 hours after payment has been received.
Q. How do I send my images?
A. Once your order form is submitted, you then need to send your images. You have the choice of uploading the photos through our website (Upload Photos) or you may send them via email to order@cherryblossomgreetings.com. Please ensure that high resolution images are sent and that they are in jpeg format. We request that your photos are at least 1800x1200 pixels in order to ensure optimal print quality.
Q. Should I edit or crop my picture?
A. No. Please do not make any adjustments to your images, send them in their original format. We will make all the necessary adjustments, even if you want the image to be in sepia or black and white, we will be able to make the changes.
Q. Can you create a card for an occasion not listed on your website?
A. Absolutely! You just let us know what you need and we will create it!
